When you complete our questions or book a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred studio and the answers you give us about your hair. We use this to arrange and prepare for your appointment.
Health information
Some of what you tell us about your hair loss is health information. We treat it as confidential, use it only to advise you, and share it with no one outside our team.
Cookies and measurement
We use essential cookies to make the site work. Analytics and advertising measurement only load if you accept them, and we never send your name, email address or phone number to any advertising or analytics provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years, and client records for as long as we are treating you plus the period our insurers require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@enhancedhairstudio.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
